Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods
Most single-card purchases are shipped using eBay Standard Envelope or another cost-effective tracked shipping service when eligible. Higher-value orders may be upgraded to enhanced tracking and protection at our discretion.
Free Shipping
We offer FREE shipping when 4 or more cards are purchased in a single order, OR the total order value exceeds $100 before applicable taxes.
Packaging Standards
All cards are carefully packaged to protect against damage during transit. Protection may include penny sleeves, top loaders, team bags, cardboard reinforcement, and bubble mailers depending on card value.
Combined Shipping
Whenever possible, multiple purchases made before payment will be combined into a single shipment.
Delivery Issues
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the packaging, shipping label, and damaged item(s). We will work promptly to resolve the issue.
Eligible Returns
Returns may be approved if: the wrong item was sent; the item arrives damaged due to packaging or shipping issues; or the item condition materially differs from the listing description or photos.
Return Requirements
Contact us within 3 days of delivery. Provide clear photographs showing the issue. Return requests must be initiated through eBay.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will generally not be accepted for: buyer's remorse; changed opinions after purchase; claims regarding grading outcomes or expectations; minor print lines, centering variations, manufacturer defects, or condition characteristics visible in listing photos; damage occurring after delivery; or items that have been altered, opened, tampered with, or removed from original protective packaging.
Refund Process
Once the item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed through eBay according to their policies.
Information We Receive
We only receive information necessary to fulfill orders, including name, shipping address, order information, and communication sent through eBay.
Use of Information
Customer information is used solely for order fulfillment, shipping, customer service, and compliance with eBay requirements and applicable laws.

Please review all photos carefully before purchasing. The photos shown are considered part of the item description. We do our best to accurately represent each card's condition, but buyers should examine images and ask questions before purchasing.
Grading Disclaimer
Raw cards are sold as ungraded collectibles. We do not guarantee any specific grade from PSA, BGS, SGC, CGC, or any other grading company.
Authenticity
All cards sold by Alpha Cards Shop are guaranteed to be authentic to the best of our knowledge. Any concerns regarding authenticity should be communicated immediately upon receipt.
Fraud Prevention
To protect both buyers and sellers: order details, packaging records, and shipment information may be documented before shipment. Serial-numbered cards, autographs, memorabilia cards, and higher-value items may have identifying information recorded. Any evidence of return fraud, item switching, tampering, or abuse of eBay policies may be reported to eBay and applicable authorities.
